SERVICES
From idea to a deployed MVP.
I'm a freelance product-oriented full-stack engineer. I help you choose the core user flow, then build the interface, backend services and APIs myself. We test it with target users before launch. You have one point of contact, with an agreed scope, price and timeline.
TWO OFFERS
Not sure what to build yet? Start with the scoping sprint. Already have a scope? Let's build it.

2 workdays, over 1 week
Get clear on what to build before committing to the build.
You get

- An agreed scope and what's out
- A build estimate
You bring
A short brief and one or two conversations.
Not included

Terms
- Done when
- We have reviewed the scope together. After that, you decide whether to build with me.
- Changes
- If we need more discovery, I'll estimate it separately.
- Data
- Share only what you choose to include in the brief. No personal data is needed.
- Starts
- Once I have your brief and we agree on a start date.
Core offer
MVP build and deployment
On request
Timeline agreed after scoping, including user testing and refinement
A working MVP, tested with target users, deployed and documented.
You get
- Frontend, API and database for the agreed flow, with authentication if needed
- Automated tests for the parts users rely on
- One usability testing round on the core flow, with participants you provide
- One agreed refinement round based on the findings, within the original scope
- Production deployment with Docker, CI/CD and basic monitoring
- Setup and handover docs
You bring
An agreed scope and feedback at key milestones. We plan user testing together.
Not included
Participant recruitment and incentives, additional testing or revision rounds, ongoing maintenance, marketing, content, legal advice and design beyond the agreed UI.
Terms
- Done when
- We have reviewed the user testing findings, completed the agreed refinements, and verified the core flow in production. The docs let you redeploy it from a clean checkout.
- Changes
- The quote reserves time for one testing round and one refinement round. We agree on the participants, tasks and refinements before that work starts. New features, a different core flow or further rounds get a separate estimate or go into the next phase.
- Data
- Your data stays in accounts you own and is used to configure and test the product. AI tools may receive code and project context, but not production user data unless we agree in writing.
- Starts
- Once we agree on the scope, price, testing dates and delivery schedule, and my current project is delivered.
FAQ
What does product-oriented mean for my project?
We start with the people using the product and the task they need to complete. I help you choose the first flow, build the interface and the backend behind it, and check it with target users. We use their feedback and any available usage data to prioritize refinements. Before testing a change, we agree on an observable outcome, such as completing the task without help.
How do we work together?
Tell me what you're trying to solve. If the scope needs work, we start with a scoping sprint. I then give you a fixed scope and price, build in small steps, and show you working software as we go.
Which stack do you use?
I usually reach for React and the TanStack ecosystem, but I'm happy to adapt to your team's stack and the needs of your business. I've also worked a lot with Angular, Java, Python...
How long does it take?
The scoping sprint takes about one week. For the MVP, we agree on a calendar schedule after scoping. It includes the build, time with target users, one refinement round and deployment. Participant availability and feedback affect that schedule.
Are user testing and feedback included?
Yes. The MVP quote includes one usability testing round with target users you provide, followed by one agreed refinement round within the original scope. We check whether users can complete the core task, review what gets in their way and agree on the changes. Your acceptance review is separate from those user sessions. New features, a different product direction and further rounds are quoted separately.
How is the MVP priced?
After scoping, I give you a fixed quote for the agreed flow, automated tests, user testing, one refinement round, deployment and handover. The quote sets the limits of each round and allows for delivery risks. Hosting, third party services and participant incentives are separate costs. The scoping sprint is a separate engagement.
How do you use AI agents?
I use AI agents for research, prototypes, code, tests and documentation. I review and test their changes before they go in. Product and architecture decisions, especially around security and data, stay with me.
What happens to my data?
Your data stays in accounts you own. AI tools won't receive production user data unless we agree to it in writing. Before we start, I'll explain which tools touch your project data and how.
What is not included?
Participant recruitment and incentives, additional testing or revision rounds, ongoing maintenance, marketing, content, legal or compliance advice and design beyond the agreed UI. If you need something outside the scope, I'll estimate it separately.
