I'm Sacha, a product-oriented full-stack engineer.

I help founders and small teams turn complex workflows into usable web products. My strength is frontend and UX. I also build backend services and APIs, and take your product from first scope to production.

THREE PHASES, ONE PERSON

  1. 01

    Scoping

    We identify who the product is for and the task it needs to make easier. I turn that into a ranked backlog and a fixed scope, with explicit exclusions.

  2. 02

    Build

    I build the interface, backend services and APIs around the core user flow. We test it with target users and agree on refinements. AI-assisted changes are reviewed and tested.

  3. 03

    Deployment and handover

    I set up Docker, a CI/CD pipeline with basic monitoring, and write the docs. You can then deploy from a clean checkout without me.
